A design-build studio for Florida outdoor living
Ponce Inlet Outdoor Living is based in Port Orange and builds landscape design, hardscape, and outdoor living projects across Volusia and Flagler County.
Our approach
We treat outdoor living as a design problem first, not just a list of materials. Every project — whether it's a single paver patio or a full backyard master plan — starts with understanding how you actually want to use the space, then builds a plan and a crew sequence around that.
Being a design-build studio means the people who plan your project are accountable for building it. There's no gap between what was drawn and what gets constructed, and no juggling separate contractors to get a hardscape, a planting plan, and lighting to work together.
Licensing & scope
Landscape and irrigation work is performed to Florida code by our design-build team. Any structural or electrical scope is subcontracted to licensed, insured trade partners — we never perform licensed trade work in-house without a licensed professional on the job.

Landscape Designer
Builds the plant palette and site plan for every full design project, matched to Florida's sun, soil, and salt exposure.
Curtis Mbeki
Hardscape Foreman
Runs the paver, retaining wall, and driveway crews — the base prep and drainage work that decides whether a patio lasts.
Javier Solís
Crew Supervisor
Supervises day-to-day crew scheduling and site coordination, keeping outdoor kitchen and lanai builds moving on plan.
Trent Bowers
Maintenance Division Lead
Oversees the mowing, trimming, and bed-care crews that keep finished landscapes — ours and others' — looking the way they were designed.
