Yes, we program irrigation controllers to your local water management district's watering schedule and adjust seasonally.

It depends on scope — taller retaining walls, screened enclosures, and electrical/gas work typically require permits. We handle or coordinate the permitting process as part of your project.

Our landscape and irrigation work is performed to Florida code by our team. Any structural or electrical scope on a project is subcontracted to licensed, insured trade partners — we're upfront about which parts of a job fall under which license.
